Terms of service

1. What the Site is

HeroSiege.Trade is an unofficial, fan-made bulletin board where Hero Siege players publish offers to trade in-game items, gold and services, and contact each other. The Site does not sell anything, does not hold items or gold, does not process payments and is not a party to any trade. Trades are agreed and carried out by players inside the game.

HeroSiege.Trade is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Panic Art Studios. Hero Siege, its name, artwork and game data are the property of Panic Art Studios and are used here for identification and community purposes only.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with Discord. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord in your country if higher.
• You are responsible for everything posted from your account. Keep your Discord account secure.
• One person, one account. Alternate accounts used to evade moderation or manipulate the market will be banned.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes your profile, listings and messages.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post (listings, descriptions, messages, profile text). You grant HeroSiege.Trade a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content on the Site for as long as it is published, and in backups for a limited time after removal.
• You must have the right to post what you post, and it must comply with the Listing rules.
• We may edit, hide or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules or the law, without prior notice.

4. Prohibited use

In addition to the Listing rules, you must not:

• trade or advertise trades for real money or any real-world value (RMT/RWT), or sell or share accounts;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Site, or use it to send unsolicited messages;
• try to access other users’ accounts or data, probe or overload the Site, or bypass a ban;
• use the Site for anything illegal in your country or in Poland, where the Site is operated.

5. Trades and disputes

Every trade is at your own risk. We do not verify players, items or prices, cannot reverse in-game trades and are not liable for scams, failed trades or losses of items or gold. Use the report link, keep screenshots, and never share account credentials. Reports help us ban bad actors but do not create a claim against the Site.

6. Availability and changes

The Site is provided free of charge, “as is”, without warranties. We may change, pause or shut down the Site or any feature at any time, and may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HeroSiege.Trade is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of in-game items, gold or accounts, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under Polish and EU law.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy & cookies policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers in the EU also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country. Questions and complaints: contact@herosiege.trade.
