Listing rules

1. Hero Siege only

• Every listing must be about Hero Siege: in-game items, gold, services (leveling, boss kills, crafting) or Blood Pact trading.
• No listings for other games, accounts, software, hardware or anything outside the game.
• Pick the item from the database when it exists and set the rolls, stars, sockets and flags exactly as the item has them in-game. Do not invent stats.

2. No real-money trading (RMT / RWT)

• Prices are in in-game gold or “offer / DM”. Nothing else.
• You may not sell, buy, or advertise items, gold, services or accounts for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, Steam wallet funds, other games’ currency or any other real-world value — not in listings, not in descriptions, not in messages.
• Account selling, sharing, boosting for money and “I pay you in [anything real]” arrangements are RMT and are banned.
• Hero Siege’s own rules on trading apply on top of ours. If the game forbids it, so do we.

3. Right category, right realm

• Items go to the market, services go to Services. Do not post services as items or the other way round.
• Post in the realm the item actually exists in (Season, Non-Season, or the specific Blood Pact). Pact-only items stay in their pact.
• One listing per item. Duplicate listings and re-posting instead of bumping get removed.

4. Honest offers

• List only items you own and can hand over. Keep listings current — mark them sold or take them down.
• Scamming, bait-and-switch (showing one item and trading another), fake screenshots and price manipulation with alt accounts lead to a permanent ban.
• Report suspicious listings with “Report listing” and abusive players with “Report player” on their profile — pick the reason (scam, RMT, hate speech, …) and add details. Do not take matters into your own hands in chat.

5. Behaviour

• No profanity, insults, threats or harassment in listings, profiles, names or messages (a word filter enforces this; bypassing it with symbols or spacing counts as a violation).
• No hate speech or discrimination of any kind — including on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age. This is a hard line.
• No links anywhere — not in listings, descriptions, profiles or messages. The site blocks them automatically; trades are arranged in-game and through the inbox.
• No sexual content, no political or religious campaigning, no spam, no advertising of other sites, Discord servers or streams.
• Do not impersonate other players, moderators or Panic Art Studios staff.

6. Blood Pacts

• Pact managers set the rules inside their pact (join code, who may list). Managers may remove listings in their pact; site admins may remove anything.
• A pact market is still part of HeroSiege.Trade: every rule on this page applies there too.

7. Enforcement

• Moderators can edit, hide or delete listings and messages, and warn, suspend or ban accounts. RMT, scamming and hate speech are banned on the first offence.
• Bans are tied to your Discord account. Creating a new account to evade a ban is itself a ban.

These rules are part of the Terms of service. Trades happen in-game between players; HeroSiege.Trade does not hold items or gold and cannot reverse a trade.
